At Hydration Australia, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, please note that we are not obliged to offer a refund or replacement for a change of mind.
Change of Mind Returns
If a return is accepted due to a change of mind:
A 10% restocking fee will apply.
The item must be returned in original, unused condition and packaging.
Return freight is the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your product is:
Faulty or damaged,
Unsafe,
Significantly different from the described item, or
Not performing as intended —
you are entitled to a refund or replacement under Australian Consumer Law. For major faults or failures, you may choose between a full refund or an identical replacement. Return shipping in these cases will be arranged at Hydration Australia’s expense.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please lodge an online enquiry as soon as possible.
Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Once approved, refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Process
All returns must be approved in writing by Hydration Australia before being shipped back.
Items returned without prior written approval will not be accepted.
Return requests must be lodged within 30 days of the invoice date.
The return shipping address will be provided once your return has been authorised.
